Breakfast Chef Wanted !
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join the team at a 4* hotel with 3 AA rosettes as a Breakfast Chef!
Package
Salary: £26,500 (£25,000 + £1,500 Service Charge)
Hours: 40
Shifts: 5 days a week 6:30am – £3pm

The Role
Working alone with responsibility for preparing and cooking a range of breakfast dishes for our Breakfast Buffet and cooking and plating to order guest’s hot food choices. In the later hours of the shift assisting with afternoon preparation.
- Preparing cold food items for our comprehensive breakfast buffet
- Preparing and plating hot food items to order
- Assisting with afternoon tea preparation
- Complying with food hygiene requirements throughout your methods of working
Requirements
- Quality, fresh food preparation experience in a quality Hotel or Restaurant operation
- As well as experience of preparing breakfast dishes you must be a methodical and organised worker to ensure breakfast service runs smoothly
- Ability to work alone in an organised, tidy and hygienic manner
