We are looking for an experienced & enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join a busy Kitchen Team at a luxury 4* hotel with an elegant 2AA rosette restaurant serving modern British food and led by a renown Head Chef.

The ideal candidate for the Chef de Partie role will have previous experience working with fresh, seasonal ingredients, and will be able to demonstrate good knife and cooking skills and past experience within a rosette environment

Salary: £23,000 – £24,000

Hours: 45

Shifts: 2 Straight/3 Split
