Our purpose-built, 30+ bedroom home spans two floors and provides a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and long-term neurological conditions.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead the Care Home and ensure the continued delivery of exceptional, resident-focused care.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong, values-driven leader to oversee a well-established specialist service supporting individuals with complex physical and neurological needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register with and maintain full compliance with CQC standards
  • Provide strong operational and clinical leadership across the home
  • Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care
  • Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and quality assurance processes
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary staff team
  • Manage budgets, occupancy, and overall service performance
  • Build positive partnerships with families, commissioners, and healthcare professionals
  • Foster a culture of dignity, respect, empowerment, and continuous improvement

About You

We are looking for a Registered Manager who:

  • Has previous experience managing a residential or specialist care home
  • Holds (or is working towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
  • Has strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks
  • Has experience supporting adults with physical disabilities and complex neurological conditions
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Is passionate about delivering truly person-centred care
  • Is committed to enhancing quality of life and promoting independence
