Brookes HC Recruitment is looking for experienced and compassionate Shift Leaders to join a specialist care service supporting adults with physical disabilities, neurological conditions, learning disabilities and other complex needs
Location: Braunton
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: £13.00 per hour, increasing to £13.50–£14.00 after probation
Shifts: Applicants must be flexible to work both days and nights
Positions available: Four
We’re looking for reliable people with previous senior care or team-lead experience who can confidently lead shifts, support colleagues and help deliver safe, person-centred care.
This is a full-time temp-to-permanent opportunity. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available.
