Night Team Leader Opportunity – Alfreton, Derbyshire
Brookes HC Recruitment is looking for an experienced Night Team Leader to join a residential care service supporting adults with physical disabilities, mental health needs and other complex conditions.
£12.85 per hour
33 or 38.5 hours per week
Permanent night shifts
Alfreton, Derbyshire
The successful candidate will support the safe and effective running of the service throughout the night, with responsibilities including:
Leading and mentoring the night team
Administering and auditing medication
Reviewing and following care plans
Completing risk assessments and accurate records
Providing safe, person-centred support
Managing incidents and ensuring effective handovers
Applicants must have substantial care experience, with the client requesting approximately five years’ previous experience. Previous experience as a Team Leader, Shift Leader, Senior Support Worker or Senior Care Assistant is strongly preferred.
