Brookes HC Recruitment is looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join a residential care service in Leicester.
📍 Leicester, LE4
💷 £12.85 per hour
⏰ Approximately 40 hours per week
Shift pattern:
☀️ Days: 7:45am–8:15pm
🌙 Nights: 7:45pm–8:15am
Applicants must be genuinely flexible to work a combination of both day and night shifts.
The role involves providing high-quality, person-centred support while helping to guide the staff team and maintain safe, consistent standards of care throughout the service.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous residential care or support experience
- Has experience at Senior, Team Leader or Shift Leader level
- Can provide guidance and support to colleagues
- Communicates confidently and maintains accurate records
- Is reliable, organised and committed to promoting dignity and independence
- Can work flexibly across days, nights and weekends
