Day Carer – Full Time (37.5 Hours per Week)
Location: 7-bed Residential Care Home
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Contract: 37.5 hours per week (day shifts)
We are seeking a warm, committed and reliable Day Carer to join our friendly team in a 7-bed residential care home. We support adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, providing personalised, permanent residential care in a calm and supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality daytime care and support to residents
- Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and activities
- Encourage independence, confidence, and engagement
- Support residents with routines, appointments, and social opportunities
- Maintain accurate records, notes, and handovers
- Contribute to a positive, safe, and nurturing atmosphere throughout the home
About You
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Passionate about helping others live fulfilling lives
- Able to work as part of a close-knit team
- Experience in care is helpful but not essential – full training provided
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
