Brookes HC Recruitment is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join an adult residential care service supporting people with mental-health conditions, complex needs and associated challenging behaviours.

💷 £13 per hour
⏰ 40 hours per week
☀️ Day shifts: 8am–8pm
📄 Full-time opportunity
The role involves leading shifts, providing guidance to the staff team and ensuring that safe, consistent and person-centred support is delivered throughout the service.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience within adult residential care
- Understands mental-health conditions, complex needs and challenging behaviour
- Has worked at Team Leader, Senior Support Worker or Senior Care Assistant level
- Can confidently guide and support colleagues
- Maintains accurate records and communicates effectively
- Is reliable, organised and committed to promoting dignity, choice and independence
